SUBMISSION PACKAGE

The Submission Package must include the following:

1. Manuscript and graphics according to Submission Guidelines. Include the CD and one printout of the manuscript that matches the disk file exactly.

2. Signed Agreement (sent to Author separately)

3. Evidence of copyright registration

4. Submission Form (print and fill out)

5. Bookselling Data, according to guidelines

6. Check or money order (if not using online payment method)

SUBMIT PAYMENT

You can either:

1. Enclose a check or money order for the appropriate amount in the Submission Package.

2. Pay now by credit card online (please add 3% for online payment). Enter the total and click "PAY NOW".
